Lawn vacuum billy goat

i have a opportunity to buy a billy goat lawn vacuum with honda 5.5 hp engine for $350, has the hose with it and bags is it worth it to buy or should i hold out on a bigger one ? if so which one ? what are the reviews on it , does it clog up when sucking up leaves and me being here in washington the leaves are wet most of the time ?

I had one. Sold it after one season. They clog real easy and the sheader plate plugs up if used on less than totally dry leaves. 36 inch walk behind mower is much faster for leaf clean up on lawns. The Billy goat does work good for paved surfaces.
