Hourly rate for grave yard?

I have the opportunity to bid on a pretty big grave yard. Wat would your hourly rate be for a 4 man crew with a 32" walkbehind 4 trimmers and 3 blowers.

Figure out your cost per hour to operate and what your perferred profit margin is. Bingo you have your price.

If you have no idea then why do you have a four man crew?

Try $30 pmh, keep in mind that's a wee tight but if bid properly
ought to come out somewhere in the competitive ball park.

So don't low ball it, don't high jack it either, just bid it like you
would any job involving that same 4 man crew.

I think he doesn't know HOW to bid using a 4 man crew. Then he wants to use a 32" mower! He'll never be able to submit a reasonable bid if that's all he plans on using. He needs to pass on this bid and let someone with the proper equipment do it.

I'm not disagreeing with you, I'm onto this tack as well but either ask
straight up and don't play no games, or expect whatever answer comes.
Because if that is the case, which it appears to be...
Then he should have asked that!

And likely would have still arrived at the same answer later down...

I think it could be done, but I'm not arguing this point.

In case yall havent read the original thread it is a graveyard. A 32" is the bggest you can fit and u cant even get to everything. The rest in straight trimming. i have a 60 and a 52 but they cant fit anywhere. I understand how to bid and have 73 clients. I am just wondering if your price goes down when you are only running a 32" because running a 60 for an hour is a lot more expensive then running a trimmer for an hour.
