tax help in ny
do i need to collect sales tax for sealcoating in ny?? can someone walk me through the tax process i need to comply with as an llc? what if i dont collect it and just pay tax on my net income for the year???

Not sure how it works for llc, but I collect sales tax on sealing, and just about everything else

YES , you must get your NYS authorization first, Google NY sales tax its easy to find and sign up and get your certificate.........
