Dear Mr. or Mrs. __________:

I would like to take a moment of your busy time to say ďThank YouĒ for your support and business for the upcoming season! We look forward to working with you and itís because of customers like yourself, that we are planning yet another GREAT season this year!

We are very excited about the upcoming season and should no longer be in danger of snowfall in another month. Can you believe it? I hope that your Holidays were very special to you and your family. I also hope the remainder of 2003 finds you well.

Being an optimist tells me that we will begin spring clean ups in early March and Iím hoping with any luck, to begin the mowing schedules approximately the middle of April. But with a weather break it could be sooner!

Hopefully, you will feel this is good news too. Until then, rest assured that XYZ Lawn & Landscaping is ready to tackle another season working with you!

I look forward to talking with you soon. Enjoy the beautiful weather.

My suggestion is that you might be able to "polish" this letter a little more by asking someone with some editing background.

One question that I have:
Are customers supposed to pay you in months that you are not doing work for them? I think that you might have some problem collecting.
Also, are there any penalties for people that take "toooo" long to pay?
I also think that fewer words are better (i.e. no need to say: "discard the options that you do not want").

Finally, the first word you use, "INITIALLY",
sounds a little bit off.

my 2 yens.
