Prob ably because you're just a basher, and actually have no machine to show pictures of.

Most of your statements are wrong and I'm willing to bet you have very little, if any, actual time operating the Grandstand/Vantage.

No , but I see no reason to let my hard work, testing, research, and nearly thirty years of observation go out there on the internet when I have a machine that cuts better than any midsize machine on the market., and at short cut heights ! I have started picking up jobs because of this machine.

Then how about you start a new thread to brag, rather than clog mine up with bashing and irrelevant posts?

Which statement is wrong? I don't have to operate a machine to see the finish cut. If you like your machine power to ya, I wish the concept worked, but for small yards it misses the boat.

Understood. All of that research, hard work, testing and observation deserves some sort of compensation. I'd at least consider looking into patents on the frame/deck design.

In your initial post you stated your dislikes, I guess nobody else is entitled to a opinion here but you.

If you have some time with the machine, feel free to comment. I assure you the cut is fine, and I'm picky.

Thanks for providing your impressions, fiveboy. You tried to be objective, which can be a task when someones just spent thousands on a rig and really wants to like it.

I demo'd the grandstand and the wright zk last season, and found the hill performance of the zk much better. It's in the design. On the GS I always felt like I was hanging off the back, trying to stay on. On the zk I felt like I was part of the machine.
