Looking for a Sulky rider attachment for a Toro 52 in WB

I just bought an older 52 in Toro walk behind, but it doesn't have a sulky for it, and I know that they will cut my time in half. The guy gave me a steel plate that he attached to it by a chain and just slid around on the grass with it, but I'd like something with wheels, preferably Tru-Track. I've looked for these on the internet and the cheapest I've found is $250, but I figured I could make something for way cheaper. Please let me know if there is anywhere that sells them cheaper or where I could get one. Thanks!

Do you know if it would fit an old 52 inch toro? All it has to attach something is a bolt in the middle, so it would have to have a single bar coming out from the middle. I hope that makes sense. If you could send me a picture of it, I think that would help alot.
