Exmark Quest, Country Clipper Jazee, or Hustler Sport

Looking to buy my first ZRT for 2-3 yards only. After about a month of research and test rides, i've narrowed my list to 3. All are 48" cut. These 3 were chosen because they all seem to be built well (welded decks), cut well, and have local service/support. Below are the specs/info for each. I'm leaning towards the Country Clipper because I LOVE the stand up deck for easy cleaning/maintenance, and I like the joystick drive, but that's the one brand that I can find the least reviews or opinions on. Looking to see what feedback I can get here, especially regarding the ZT2800 vs. EZT and single vs. twin ELS engine. I'm not sure I should get hung up on either one of those with only 2-3 small yards (less than acre each).

Exmark Quest
$3999 (it's an '08 model)
22hp B&S ELS twin
ZT2800 trans
Max speed 7mph
Fuel Capacity 4 gal
Blade speed 18,000 fpm

Country Clipper Jazee
$3900 (can maybe get a little cheaper)
20hp B&S single
EZT trans
Max speed 7.5mph
Fuel Capacity 4.5 gal
Blade speed 19,000 fpm

Hustler Sport
21hp B&S single
EZT trans
max speed 6mph
Fuel Capacity 3 gal
blade speed 18,600 fpm

I'd look at who would be the friendlest and best supportive dealer. Then, look at which brand has the best warranty. If it were me, I'd go with the Hustler (and I did.)

You won't get much response on this forum as it's aimed at full time pros who don't use the units you are looking at. I was in a similar situation as you and for me it was down to the Hustler Sport, Scag Freedom Z and the Exmark Quest. I eliminated the Hustler as they had smaller drive wheels and no really close support. While the Scag Freedom Z was my first choice I went with the Exmark for 3 reasons,

1. It was about 100 lbs lighter than the Scag so easier on the lawn
2. With the 48" deck it had plenty of overhang for trimmjing while the Scag had almost none.
3. Like you, I found a leftover for $1,000 less than the Scag.

Still really liked the Scag and still sometimes have second thoughts but am thrilled with the performance and cut. Lawn never looked nearly as good when cut with my Cub Cadet lawn tractor and cut my time at least in half. Not a professional machine but almost overkill for a homeowner with a typical lot.
