Best day of the week to pass out flyers?

We hand out 1000's of flyers every year and get a good enough response to keep doing it. Anyways my question is has anyone ever tried to keep some sort of records on which day of the week is best to hand them out. I have thought about it and have came up with reason for everyday. I don't know that it really matters much and we seem to do them everyday anyways but just throwing it out there.

i know from reading books that mondays and fridays they say are the worst days to cold call, idk if it relates to flyers but it might... when i used to cold call on commercial accts i always seemed to go right to voicemail on those days, lol.. so i stopped...

Any weekday between 1 and 4 pm. This way they have less chance of getting wet or blown away with the wind. Also allows less time for other LCO's to see them and remove them before the homeowner can get home.
