organising jobs
I am starting up this summer and would be interested to know how people organise their jobs in terms of scheduling etc. does everyone use computer programs such as groundskeeper? What alternatives to computers do people use?

most do use a computer pergram, I wont get into the one that I use.... " that's another ball of wax "
getting everything togather is 90 % of the battle, it's one of the harders things a manager can do. Best of luck

i do this
Well i personally like monthly payments because its easy to track and you have money accessable if you neeed it for payments or ect. I hated waiting after to get my money because sometimes people would not be home and id have to come back later. Monthly and yearly is the way to go i have couple of guys that do yearly and thats just great. Monthly is also goo for the customer incase there not home then they dont have to worry about being there,
