If you fluently speak Spanish then I would. If you are like me and speak Spanglish, then I would not. It definitely causes problems in the communication department!

Through my expierence, if a Hispanic does not speak English, they are illegal, live in a lower income area and would rather not pay for lawn care or maintenance. Personally speaking, this is not a market that I would advise to target, but to each his own.

Advise from a non-believer...

I believe this is a "market "that is overlooked and judged to fast.
If they have a lawn and money, just like any potential customer, then they should be considered a client. Now grant you the fact that some hispanics you consider "illigeal" dont speak english, But they live in the same enviroment as you and I and they too deal with moneyand obvioslly if they live in a house they have to have some income coming in, and 10 to 1 odds are they understand it and surely undestand great work. I would say keep those options open whether your majority turns you down or not, there is always a chance or a way.

Matt, you also forgot to to include that Hispanics also drive low riders, have tattoos and smoke crack. Get real, yes there is an immigration problem but to classify someone who does not speak English as illegal is very ignorant on your part. So by your logic I must be half illegal because I speak both, even though I was born here in CA. Goes to show how things are so different on other parts of the country, California is over 65% Hispanic. Don't get me wrong i'm not trying to turn this into a racial topic just it looks bad upon yourself making these statements on a public forum. Well enough rambling on, no hard feelings.

regards, Francisco ( or should I say Frank ) lol.

I am not here to bash any race....I just stated "through my expierence" this is what I know. Where I work, over the course of 3 years we have hired approx. 30-40 hispanics. They speak little to no English. They are all illegal. How do I know this, they told me so because I am friends with most. Plus, they're numbers did not match up. I live not far from the prodimant hispanic part of town. Either they do not spend much time on lawn care or they have the saddest LCO in town. Martn asked for my advice and I gave it to them. And yes, there are no hard feelings Frank, but I have to defend post.
