Worldlawn 33" leaving a stripe

I have a Worldlawn 33" Residential/Commercial walk behing that is just over 1 year old. Lately It's leaving a noticeable stripe along the right edge, and possibly the left. The center blade is ALWAYS a perfect cut. I've been told that this is an indication that the blade(s) are not turning as fast as the others. The deck belt is tight. The blades are sharp and do not appear to be bent or warped. Any ideas what to try next?

Have you ever changed the blades since the problem started?
