It seems as if you're just putting down whateverr JDL or some random person from LS tells you to put down.

Why don't you take some classes on turf management or work for somebody willing to teach you.

What do you know about caring for a lawn?
Why are you going to put grub control down? Do you even know if you have a grub problem?

we all can't wake up one day and know everything. Yes classes are a great thing, but then again a little picture in a little book can't always show us everything. Its good that hes concerned enough to learn, and come here and ask. He could just ignore it, or try something until it works. This is a great example of why i don't usually ask questions here on lawnsite, too many guys waiting to pounce and criticize, or in this case just one. And to make another point, at least he HAS a license, and thats more than i can say for a lot of guys around here. So he asked about red thread, boo-hoo.

Kudos to those that are willing to help.
