Z-spray problem

So I was going across the top of a hill and the belt kicked off under the machine to my surprise I went down the hill and almost into a swamp. Almost had to change my underwear after that.

So as I lay under the machine with the radiational heat from the muffler cooking my face and my gloves about to melt from the heat on the shaft, I pondered the question out loud---How the F@*K did this happen.

The next day i went to my power equip guy the belt was tight and arm working fine..

Happen to anyone else?

a stick, happened to me on several types of machines, once on the zspray when new, and a couple of times on walk behind mowers

Same here, had a stick get stuck under there and popped the belt off!

Doesn't your machine have a hand brake?

i once did a paper in school that pointed out all the good things hilter did for germany and was given a bad grade as they thought i portrayed him too nice! i just gave a different perspective is all, not like i thought he was a good person.
