crabgrass is winning

I am having quite the battle on my small front lawn with crabgrass over the past 3 weeks. Since the high temps hit, the lawn has gone semi dormant, and crabgrass has taken off. I know the pH is low, and the soil OM is low. I have top dressed 2 times this season with compost, and have applied calcitic lime once.

I want to continue with my organic approach, is there anything that will control/eliminate my issues?
