I'll probably get shot for this estimate as I am not experienced in large properties.

First, you're gonna get the age old "it depends on your area" comment. So take that in.

If I remember right, at least in many Texas areas, an acre goes for $50 - $60, so maybe multiply that by 5.36 and round it off to a manageable number.

About 45 minutes of trimming/blowing total, so if you know your per minute rate, then multiply that by .45. If you're going for $50/hour then your added cost for the trimming/blowing would be about $40.

Using my logic, which again may be wrong as I am used to properties under 15,000 sq ft, it would come to about $300 - $360.

See if you can get some info from the customer about previous prices they have been charge before you unleash your price at em. That might help too.

Good luck.

thats somewhere in the neiborhood of where i was. the old guy was dooing it at 1800 a month. they said that was too pricey so there taking bids, soon as he found out he dropped it to 1400. only prob. im seeing is the lady in charge is new and she says he comes every week. i dont see how i can make money at 1400 on months with 5weeks that would be like 280 per visit. the guy thats doing it now can because he has like 4 4man crews.

you would probably want to charge extra for the 5th week. I base my price by the hour I estimate how long it would take and then multiply times my rate
