Hanging fliers on the Mail box?

BECAUSE, some citys ban items such as flyers.

It's called No Solicitation, It too can be governed by the city.

the city I live in has rules like this, IN FACT I voted for this. I DO NOT WANT JUNK MAIL.
Nor do I want CRAP LEFT ON MY DOOR.

If I come home had there's flyers on my door, I will reoprt it.
