I'd be interested in your system for "per zone" pricing. Like the man said, if it's a cookie cutter develepor you can pretty much do a single site and come up with a cookie cutter price per unit since the landscape installation is going to be generic. Down here though, some PUDS have exceptions as to lot configuration, such as inside and outside corner lots, and irregular lots that have 30" on the front and pie shape to 150" or more along the rear... yada yada... I hate just throwing out a number like $35 a head. you never know what you get into; I'll be digging soft soil in one are and dynamiting through the coral sub strata 5 ft away.

But then this is florida.

Actually, depending on size & scope what we use. Sometimes there is so much utility wire in the ground you gotto use pickax and shovel.

I love it when I read how you guys just pull polly, I'm jealous. The only time I see polly is when the house is like 35 years old and then you have to worry about where the polly ends and the galvanized begins... oops.

Unfortunatly that is about the price mid summer here. Explains why I rather do rebuilds , add ons and service. If it wasnt for keeping my guys busy I would even do installs. Id spend august fishing.
