Scalping and overseed

In the desert southwest we are gearing up for our annual scalping and overseed. Is there anyone in the area that would like to share your pricing details with me?

I have found one landscaper that charges .09 per square over 3,000 and another one that charges $150.00 per 50Lb. bag.

The area that we work in is Paradise Valley.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I want to be fair to our clients but at the same time I don't want to low ball. All of our clients have between 10,000 and 25,000 Sq. Ft. of grass.
