I have had similar snafus with ProC's the last two years. Three different installs but intermittent zone turn ons. Ended up replacing complete controller on two out of the three. Faceplate took care of it on the third. Pro-C has been super until the these snafus. Hope the Mexican factory can solve the problem.

Correction: China factory. Hunter keeps the Mexicans on the valves, sprays and rotors. The Chinese make the clocks and sensors. The Americans, well... those they have left buy you beers.
