Wireless soil moisture sensors.
I'm sure we've covered this at some point, but never heard of these guys until today.
Looks neat-o! Sure would take the difficulty of adding to an existing system out of the equation. I assume it would add a lot of hands-on interpretation and subsequent adjustment of the system. http://ugmo.com/
