I know that this is another post about DOUBLE BLADES, but will they really help me that much on my Bob-Cat? I would like to avoid double cutting and still get a noticeable stripe. Also, what's the best type and brand of MULCHING BLADE and HIGH LIFT to use?
Thanks!
SMB

Double Blades

I use Gator mulching blades as a second blade, but you can try just any blade you have to see if it works for you. Put an old blade on top to see what you think, before going out and buying something special. 12 years ago when I first tried this, I bolted on 2 sets to see if I could cut wet grass better and I've been using 2 sets ever since on several brands of mowers. It's worked for me, it might work for you too. If not, you haven't spent any money to see.
