Questions about my equipment

I want to start a very small lawn cutting business around my town and I was wondering if my equipment is up for it I have:

2010 Exmark Next Lazer Z Advantage Series X - 52" Cut - 23HP Kolher
2010 Stihl FS 90 R

Like I said I just start a simple service for some extra pocket change..any advice?

wow, nice equipment you've got going so far. Of course you need a simple blower, i prefer backpack. Possibly an edger but most make do just using their trimmer. Its a little late to start now but save up this winter for your other equipment and advertising! Door flyers can work sometime, post in craigslist and hang flyers anywhere you can. Do good work, show up on time, and the rest should fall into place.

Thanks for the advice! I know its late I'm going to start next spring. Just put my mind to ease if you will, the 23hp will be enough? i mean they go all the way up to 30ish HP on some lazers. I just could not afford those models LOL.

$8500 out the door. This is my first Zero Turn I was just hoping a got a good one. The reason I went with Exmark because when I ride down the road and I see people cutting grass on the highway they where using Exmark Lazers. Wish me luck and I hope you get a good price for yours
