letter to property management company?

I am trying to write a letter to some different property management companies. I need a little help with some content. Has anyone ever written one of these and what kind of response did you have? Thanks in advance!

For what it's worth, here is a letter i have sent out before. I have had very little response from it tho.

«Company Name»
«Address Line 1»
«City», «State» «ZIP Code»

Dear «Company Name»,

I am writing this letter to introduce myself to your company. We are a property maintenance company specializing in outside grounds keeping. As a property management firm, you must constantly be in search of qualified and reliable professional companies to subcontract various jobs. I would like you to add my company to your bidding list for any future work that you might have.

I run a small family based business in which we pride ourselves on quality workmanship and attention to detail. This will be our seventh year in the property maintenance business which we founded in 1994 with one mower and a single trimmer. We have spent several years building a strong residential clientele and have slowly added the equipment we needed to offer our customers the extended services they were requesting. This year we purchased two new machines to compliment the tools we have acquired over the past several seasons. With this new heavy commercial machinery we are in a stronger position to offer our services to larger projects. With that in mind, we want to expand our business in a direction which will still allow us to please and satisfy customers that desire a well groomed and maintained grounds.

One of my strongest convictions in how I run my business, is my belief and commitment to customer satisfaction. Being on the job personally from beginning to conclusion, I’m able to maintain a high level of quality workmanship on a week to week basis, and respond very quickly to any concerns a client may have. As our business grows, we want to be sure to maintain the family based attitude which helped us to become a company we can be proud of.

I have enclosed a few pages detailing what we use for equipment, and some of our recent projects which we are proud of. If you have any questions or need information on contacting references, please let me know.
