3 weeks = old??? I am currently about a 3 weeks behind on bidding. If anyone else is in my shoes, this thread would still be relavent.

Plus, a lot of people look up old threads. I do, and this one was never finished

Id say this is about as dead on as it gets, just figure out your cost for time involved,

Most of the time my tear outs run around $100 to each pallet needed to replace. (around 45-50 yards) plus sod cuter rental ^& dump fees

make sure when you use the sod cutter to not go too deep with it. I usually cut on 3/4. that way you are not taking up a lot of dirt. me and one guy could do 1400sq/ft in under 3 hours.
