Like I said above its a rental property and the property management company chose the plantings, all we did was provide the labor to put them in. This house has been vacant for 10 years and they are trying to get it to a point where it can be rented. They did not have a big budget for the landscaping and thats why they ended up with the smaller plants.

Thanks man. Scag is awesome, we bought it for the bagger and doing fall cleanups but it will prolly be an everyday mower this season. It has a 35hp vanguard so not much bogs it down haha. We usually double cut in wet grass and it lays a pretty nice stripe for no roller kit. Ill try to dig up some pics of the stripes from last season.
