The Real Green will most likely do my estimates and be a database for my bids. I was assurred that I could do manual billing with the program and I can't. The programmer couldn't understand why I wanted to do manual entry on most of my bills, but I don't do everything by the 1000sf or in a cookie cutter fashion.

Quickbooks allows me to be more flexible.

We use QBPRO and have been very happy with it. Invoicing for 30-50 accounts monthly is about all I would ever want to do with it though. All manual entry, takes a bit of time to prepare but short of that works great.
