What happened to the rear drivers side of the truck?

Yea when the leaves are dry you get a ton of dust but what are you gunna do, but now we throw a tarp over the truck that covers the roof, doors, and a little bit of the hood which helps keep the truck clean.

Nothing happened to the truck, why do you ask?

ooh their is a chain on the board of the dump to hold the hose up maybe thats what you saw?? yea if you get a ton of wet leaves and stomp em down and put more in theirs a ton of weight but the trucks really never been weighed down to much, gotta love them HD's

I used to tow the trailer with the dump before I had the pickup. When it comes to dumping, I take the pipe out, pop the tailgate lever and raise the body without having to unhitch. Also, if a job takes more then one load, one guy can go dump and the rest of the crew can move on.

yea their isn't really any guys around here pulling dump trailers with a box, hah the first one i can remember seeing around here was like two weeks ago, most people just throw a box on their truck and pull their equip. but i find that inconvenient, because if your vac is mounted on your trailer you have to take all of your equip to get leaf piles. but for us we if we need more room just keep going under the canvas and stomping it down, if we are on a job or we dump it but when it comes to our setup just swing away the vac, drop the tailgate and remove a back board and dump.

The DOT and police aren't hassling you guys with the leaf loader mounted on the front of the truck? I'm assuming the only reason is so you don't have to unmount it for unloading.

I don't think I'd like that obstacle in the way while driving.
