The business side of things

As I am putting out fall mailers and working on next year's programs, I have a few questions.....

How many properties are able to be properly handled by one person....just applications, not topdressings and over seedings.

What are the average NET margins that you are realizing? For those of you that are still doing both organics and synthetics, which have you found to be more profitable?

having worked around many of the franchises that were named lawns that are safe they say that you have to have 140/150 customers to break even, I think even then you will have to hire some part time workers when things get busy in the spring and fall and for large jobs
