sending postcards now

sensing that we are behind where we need to be this year I am going to go ahead and pull the trigger on 1000 bucks of postage and addressing to get 4000 postcards out on tuesday or so. they should hit mailboxes before this weekend, and I will let you know the result. while this time of year I rely primarily on yard sign and truck graphics to bring leads, this year I am a little nervous and I am pushing a little harder on postcards. I'll let you guys know how it worked out.

good luck,

I had a 5500 piece mailer go out (10 days later than it should have) it landed yesterday.

So far we have gotten a few leads. No where near the 1/2-1% yet that I expect, so hopefully this week will get a few more to call.

I will update as well, but I think different parts of the country will have different response rates. My understanding is the Northeast is notorious for having poor response to direct mail campaigns.
