When I purchased this mower, it can from a farm.. it had 500 hours on it, and the year was 2004.

Commercially I've used the mower 95% for aeration. I only mow my own 1.5 acre lawn with it.

This one needs a few things:
One head lamp
a couple bolts are missing from the control panel (employee lost 'em when replacing the relays)
The fuel shutoff sylonoid needs to be replaced. the sylonoid is fine.. but the ball joint broke on it.
one of the hydro fans has has the blades sheered off somehow. I already have the replacement.. just havn't had a chance to put it on.

Repairs should EASILY be less than $300 in parts. I will gladly do them.. but I will have to add $500 to the price.
It has been well maintained, and as far as recent repairs, we've gone thru the electrical and replaced all of the relays, and the PTO is new, and under warranty.. you can also see the new tire on one of the rear casters..

This thing is a tank. Its been the most reliable piece of equipment I've EVER owned. I plan on replacing it because my tax deduction on this one expired last year.

The hydros are VERY strong, and perfectly equal. The engine runs great as would be expected of a kubota diesel with so few relative hours.

I also have a 42 inch aera-vator. it was new in 2004, has less than 500 hours on it.. not pictured.... will sell for $3,000
