You will out grow that 5X8 trailer fast. There will be room for a 48" WB and a pushmower, not much room left for anything else. Sell the 5X8 and pick up a used 6X12 trailer. Depending on your customer base, I would dump the 26" mower, and pick up a decent Snapper, Honda, or Toro pushmower. You will lose a few inches of cutting width, but make up for it with the speed and agility of a lighter mower.

I agree, buy the biggest trailer you can afford and that makes sense. I small trailer is just a PITA and you will be upgrading before you now it.

Im planning on staring with the 12, theres one for sale not far from me for 850 so i think thats what ill do. I have alot of the forms and such pinned down already, I have estament forms, invoice forms, work orders, service agreements, ive also been working on contracts that i will bring to the lawyer to make sure there leagally sound. I have alot of marketing ideas in place and get more every day, Ive been around my familys buisness all of my life and have learned alot by helpig run it. The 26" i didnt measure it i may be wrong with the size. Its a walk behind and its preatty light, ive picked it up myself. it works well as a backup. Let me know if ive missed any equipment that i should need within the first year of startup, im in the middle of makeing a buisness plan and im to the first year finantial part. Thanks
