Well the home I'm selling has a big backyard but my trailer is about a foot too wide to fit between me and my neighbors house, and is taking up space in the garage with both of my trucks parked outside and having to move one out the way everyday for my wife to get out the garage.

Contrary to what many on here will tell you. It doesn't take a lawyer and an accountant to set up a simple sole prop business. I know many successful owner-operators that still use Dome books for accounting and turbo tax or HR Block.
