How do you embed a youtube video?

Can you please explain how to embed a youtube video on lawnsite.

you are not able to post html code here on the site so I would suggest that you just post the link to the youtube video that you want to share

I understand that the html code is off. I have seen many threads with embed youtube videos.
I am not clear as to what your statement is saying “so I would suggest that you just post the link to the youtube video that you want to share”. Does this mean that we are not allowed to embed video or do you prefer the video to be linked? Other forums powered by vBulleten have a youtube button in the reply panel. Do you think you can add this?

Well I think I found my answer here http://www.lawnsite.com/misc.php?do=bbcode.I was trying a different bbcode.
Here is the example of my video posted on youtube using the bbcode provided in the above link.




So to embed a video from youtube just insert everything past the = in the url address and place it in-between the bbcode provide in the lawnsite link above. I listed my link below. I used DyULldFY7CM to embed my video.

Well I guess that did not work.

I left a space in-between the code. It should work now.
Also for some reason the link to lawnsite brings you to the smiles bbcode.
