I won't buy brand new trucks. I bought mine used with a warranty still in place and paid it off in 2 years. "Starve the business...Pay yourself first." Why waste your hard earned money buying new trucks when you can operate in that sweet spot between new and old where maintenance costs are low and truck values have dropped from their showroom pricing? When you get past the vanity your realize how to keep money in your pocket believe me it took me a long time until I could finally resist that urge to splurge.
