Thanks, I really do enjoy fishing a lot and it's nice to have someone to share my experiences with. Lord knows my wife and kiddos get tired of hearing about it.

Hey I like those spotted fish!!! Here's a few I caught today.

Winter fishing can get a bit boring, you have to work the bait VERY SLOW. You may not get a hit for a hour or more then BAM!!!!! At least that's how it is for me. It still beats a good day at work.

Nice trout and reds! I am jealous, I have the weather but just been to busy or to windy to get out, my boat has been on the lift for maybe 7 weeks without touching the water. I went down last week to start the engine but thats all I did

I will occasionally take out one of two boats I have renovated into local fresh water since I am four plus hours from the Gulf.
My primary bass boat is a '79 Cajun I am in the process of re-powering with a 140 horse Evinrude, up from the paltry 85 Evinrude that was originally on it.
Re-did the interior in camouflage nylon upholstery, green carpet and have a 400 amp sealed radio/mp3 player mounted under the passenger cockpit with four speakers flush mounted throughout the boat.
My secondary boat, which is my primary work boat for irrigation pumps, is a 14' hybrid john-boat that has a square nose and a V boat hull powered by a 15 horse outboard.
Both boats have 75 pound thrust trolling motors with dead man controls.
