Here are some pics of my dump insert that was rusting up a lot from water, wet grass and leaves, and salt. It's soaking in so good and will protect it through the whole winter and then some.

The rest of the dump insert and sprayed the trailer hitch and ball. Here's a few of my friend Lou's
(loupiscopolandscaping on here) plow that we hit the day before a 6" storm we got. After he plowed with it he said the back of the plow, the hardware, chains, etc. was still a heavy coating just like the day we sprayed it on there. The blade itself, it obviously wasn't still as thick but he said he had hardly any snow sticking to the plow and there is still a waxlike coating from the ff. I think we have another liquid crack addict. lol He said he will be ordering a case of cans, a few gallons, and the undercoating gun.

The rest of the plow. I also found a bunch of uses for the fluid film hose attachment but I will save that for another thread. I need something to keep me occupied over this long cold winter! haha

Oh I know what I'm doing! lol I'm making everyone anticipate the pics. lol I need to purchase the attachment before I can take the pics...hahaha

that is alot of FF to cover that much metal!!! u use a gun and bucket of FF right?

did you sand all the rust off before applying FF? i did this to all of my hedge trimmers and hand tools that had become corroded.

yeah man...definitely used the undercoating gun and the gallon. If ya spray it right though it's not too much. I used less than two of the containers that go on the gun for the whole plow and dump insert. I went extra heavy on the plow too cause it was it was a fluid film virgin!

hahaha Nah, didn't sand it first the fluid film ate right through the rust. I do plan on eventually sanding it down a bit and putting a coat of pain on it, but for now just wanted to "kill" the rust and prevent more.
