Spindle pulley?????

I am trying to get a pulley off the spindle. small pin that won"t come out. How does it come off.

Any help on this is appreciated.

all the ones I have removed have 2 allen screws that have to be loosened then I spray wd40 and let it soak. I use a gear puller with 2 strips of metal under it so it doesnt crack the pulley and tighten it a little and tap with a hammer until it loosens

Many are different. Make sure you get some sandpaper and sand off any rust where the pulley needs to come up. I suggest you leave the puller alone. I was going to try that the other day on my encore. Needless to say, I have a new pulley on order.

If you put a bearing separator in the V groove of the pulley you can use a puller on the separator and not bend up the pulley.
