Ok, but we need to compare temps in July or Augest, not just temp but humidity.

They are saying wind chill of 8 tonight and tomorrow night. That's tough on us southern folks. Also, they have bumped the chance of snow up to 70% for Fri., could get very interesting.

Before you guys start to feel sorry for me let me mention it will be 60 by Mon.

Cleaned fish today, this is from Sat and yesterday.

had some of the Trout tonight, GOOOOOD STUFF!!!!!

I know we have joked about the "cold blast" that we are having. It really is very rare for us to get this cold and stay this cold for so long.

We are looking at a possible ice storm Tomorrow and Fri.

Also, things are not looking good for the fish. We may be looking at a serious fish kill. I sure hope not but only time will tell.

To make matters worse we have another front coming sun night.

Not looking good, reports of dead fish showing up. Haven't heard of any on the upper Tx. coast (my area) hopefully we will be spared.

Tx parks and wildlife have shut down a lot of fishing areas.

That sucks. Florida had a kill off of their snook last year.

From the reports I have heard it's seems our area did real well with the cold weather.

Water temp is still in the 40's but the next 7-10 days the highs are forecast to be in the upper 60" and lower 70's and lows in the 50's.

So the water temps should rebound nicely.

Now if I could just get on the water. I was loaded Fri. evening and ready to go then I got sick, been stuck in the house all weekend.
