We have used a couple of companies over the years, recently switched to Quickbooks processing since it's so easy and none of the problems we had with the last processor. You can process right out of quickbooks from your computer.

Groundskeeper pro has an update (ver 6.3.1) that has credit card processing integrated into the software. The percentage is a bit higher than other services at 2.79% + .23 transaction fee. (card present or swiped transactions are 1.79% + .23 transaction fee) It is nice that is integrated because it will automatically apply payments with in the software, no more double posting. I have applied for this service and am waiting my approval. I think the extra percentage might work out cheaper in the long run because I don't need any additional equipment. I already have broadband internet in my truck so I can take payments on the road. I'll let you know how it works out. If anyone else uses this service from "Easy Pay Solutions" I would like to know how you like it.

I just wanted to post here for a follow up. Curious if you decided to use the 'easy pay solutions' in groundskeeper and if so, how it is working out for you.

I am trying to decide now between using this built-in option or start up a Paypal business account.

Also if anyone else here is using or has used either of these I would love to get your opinion and some feedback on either one of these or both.
Thanks

Paypal business account. Has a free one where you only get charged if used. Depending on the amount of volume going through it, it may or may not be worth it.

Thanks to for the replies and info... I will look into these options.

I'm leaning toward trying the Paypal business route mainly because I can never get anyone on the phone from 'Easy Pay Solutions'.

I use Groundskeeper Pro so this option may integrate nicely but without customer support, i cannot move forward.
