Patio project in a fenced in area in the back yard of a house. We added on to the existing patio area around the pool that we did a few years ago.

Granite front steps into a house. The home owner was having a tar front walk put in so that's why there is just dirt in front of the steps.

Clearing job......What happens when the stumps rot and it settles in that big hole? or they want to build there? I would be pissed if I had to move that again. End product looks nice tho.

Yes the stumps and brush will rot and settle. We dug the hole in the corner of the lot so it will be out of the way as much as possible. The home owner did not want to pay to have everything removed and we had a very dry summer so we could not burn. Also the lot is not big enough to put another house on.

Yes 99% of the time we would have added another step. But the homeowner did not want to spend the extra money on the extra step and 2 fillers.
