Hi soonercrew,

Thank you for your patience and sending us more information. Here is what I have received so far:

Toro has reviewed the photos you have attached and has spoken to the dealer. The Toro Z MASTER Z400 is designed as a finish cut mower to be used on residential lawns that are cut every week during the mowing season. It is not a rough cut or pasture grass mower. The rule of thumb is to only remove 1/3 of the grass blade up to one inch of grass per mowing. If weather conditions do not allow you to mow often enough raise the deck and cut only one inch off at a time and slow down the ground speed to allow the mower to be able to process the grass thru the mowing chamber. As you mention if the unit were to be used to cut customers lawns for profit you would be doing this every week and the quality of cut will be just fine.

For more detailed information we would need the model number of your mower.

Thank you,
The Toro Company
