Under Chapter 482 you must report the loss of a CPOIC employee Immediately, But have 24 hours to report a Death by Pesticides. So it must be more important for the state to know an employee left your company than if you killed some one with pesticides. HELLO HELLO and what part of this doesn't make sense???

Another bad rap for Legit Pesticide Companies. Gasoline, sleeping pills and Acid were the culprit I recall.
