Got lazy this winter

I am not looking forward to mowing weekly. It will be a tough to get back at it again. The winter season is coming to an end. The heat and sweat will be coming soon. My hands are starting to ache already holding the weed whip. My skin is starting to burn from the sun these last few warm days. Time to get the sun hat out and run around these customers yards with my head cut off.

Haha, I know the feeling. I've been doing this for over 20 years. I start dreading it beginning about the end of January. It makes it easier once those few extra pounds come off.

I look at this way, the worst of the worst is only about 4 1/2 months.

Our winter down here pretty much ended in Jan. Last years winter went until end of april and may was still decent.

I dread it too, but the one thing I am looking forward to is a huge increase in business, and an employee. I am hoping by the end of this growing season I can have 2 full time guys and start focusing more on selling my business than actually working in it. I have weeded out all the complainers, and the next group to go will be the Bahia crowd and the people who don't put any extra $$ in their properties. I only have a hand full, but they will be on the next cut list.
