need advice on mower

what you guys think should i go for it or not, im just starting out it would
be my first commercial mower

ive got a 48 lesco walk behind and the cut is horrible. its mostly dead weight in my trailer because the only thing its good for is to cut down tall thick grass. it is by no means a "finishing cut" mower but it excels in tall grass. o BTW, i have gator blades on mine.
