Pretty sure high water mark. The water levels have been drastically declining.

Its also silting up. Even when it does get filled it won't be the needed volume.

I agree, all the dam/reservoirs in the southwest are stressed. Lake Powell looks the same.

Our summer spot this morning. Moving up next week. Mt. Rainier (on a good day) would be visible to the right, we're facing south towards Seattle.
