IT looks pretty good, but some of your service description are a little vauge in my opinion. Like the spring cleanup I think should include more of a description. Spring cleanup will include leaf and other miscellaneous debris removal from all flower beds and lawn areas within the property line. Something like that. If you including power raking in the cleanup then explain that that is in there.

The compacted soil part should be under aeration, becasue thats what aerations do, is relieve the soil compaction as well as reduce the thatch level while allowing more nutrients to reach the roots. And aerations should be done every year, its absolutley one of the best things you can do for your lawn, and its better to actually do it in the fall then the spring. Your climate is about the same as ours here in souther WI, slightly different but not that much. And I would change your explaination about how its good becasue the soil is most moist to say, spring and fall are the most beneficial times to perform a core aeration, becasue this is when the roots are activiley growing.

Also, I wouldnt state that sod is very inexpensive, im pretty sure that its much more expensive than grass. I would put down lawn installation and explain that you will do both seed and sod installations. Always try to sell seed over sod. Sod requires and enourmous amount of care that we 99% of homeowners wont provide. They get weekly dosages of fertilizer, insecticide, all that stuff. Plus yes its instant, but in 3 or 4 years sod will be in worst shape that seed will be, the seed is in its true enviornment, where sod has to adapt which isnt easy.

I know you didnt ask for that, and I am sorry, I just picked out those things. The website looks nice overall though, and flows very nicely. I just would tighten up the descriptions a bit more and provide some more information and answer why
