What time of the day do fescue seeds germinate?

They won't germinate if they're dried out - but I have nobody to blame but myself.

Sometimes I sleep in late when I should be out there watering the seeds.

how about another alarm clock? probably cheaper than the irrigation system...but there's the dreaded snooze button to consider. hmmm!
