Mowing and not turning the blades on in the backyard. Then not noticing that the grass looks like crap and not syaing anything. Customer calls and asks to cut the back and not just the front.

I had one guy crash a stand up into my truck after flying down a wet , steep driveway, 20 min after i told him to slow down! He hit the truck so hard, head on , it shock the whole rig, 20 ft enclosed trailer 1/2 loaded and truck. i thought a senior citizen crashed into the trailer, again !!!!

i havent done it but doing the wrong house is a big 1...someone on here did it on a mulch job and the wrong house made them pick up all the new mulch and put another color in, lol that had to suck.

A customer's neighbor backing out of their driveway, and into my trailer.
Granted it's not my best example of defensive driving that I'd park where I did, nevertheless my car being parked across the street from someone's driveway doesn't make it my fault. This has happened to me twice, both times the drivers were women, both times they fast talked themselves out of paying for damages. My trailer has visible, physical damage. I should have called the police, they would have gotten cited. It is the reason why I never park across the street from a driveway anymore. It makes it tough, there are only so many places to park. wow
pretty pissed when I got to the site. Guy ran into something with the mower (which has a hanging deck) and it took such a force that the deck on one side fell off. He then mowed the whole lawn with half the deck attached. was new and he was not familiar with the mower. he blamed the height being at 2.5 for the scalping (it was only on one side). that was a good 20 minute meeting the next morning after the customer called and i was out till 8:30 pm fixing the mess up. never mind the fact that he forgot to attach the chute. cost = $50 cut I could not bill for. he did the whole lawn with half the deck on.
