i installed timbren helpers in the rear of my 04 f150. they are rubber helper springs that replace the factory bump stops. They dont effect the trucks ride height or quality when empty, but when loaded up, the truck doesnt go past level. its like having an add a leaf only when you need it. Well worth the $100
