Drainage Issues
Guys, looking for some advice on this one, please bear with me. The customers lower end of the parking lot was sitting in water from a buildup of grass and soil at the end of the parking lot. Is there any way to have this retainage area and yet prevent the pond in the back from creeping in as it has done. I trenched it out a few days ago, came back today, to add some fabric and 3" limestone, and the trench was full of water up to the edge of the parking lot. Is there anything I can do here?!? Please help

It looks like you are at the water table.

Yep, I guess its not rocket science.
We filled the trench with 3-5" limestone breaker, which allows the water to drain from the parking lot faster, as well as you cant see the water in the trench then. Worked out decently for now.Thank you, |
